The item itself is nice, but I purchased the sterling silver version because I have very sensitive skin. I have many other sterling silver belly button rings but this piercing gave me a rash overnight. If you don’t have sensitive skin it might not be an issue, but if you do I would avoid this product. Considering the price point I expected metal quality high enough that it wouldn’t cause skin irritation.

Great item,well packaged in a lovely little bag.My belly ring was exactly the same as the picture would definitely buy from Kate again.
